- The GPP laser-Perthometer LPM-800 is a precision measuring system for the measurement of surfaces, profiles and structures.
- It consists of an X-Y-precision-positioning unit with laser measuring head. This is driven by a wear-free drive system over the object to be measured. This is why this system is basically appropriate for the use under clean room conditions.
- The object to be measured itself can be fixed thanks to low pressure.
- Measurements and processing of results are controlled by the intelligent measuring software METIS. There is an SQL data base available for the storage of measuring results.
