Products - preciSORT
- preciSORT is an inspection and sorting automat based on the GPP Vision technology for precision parts such as special screws, washers, nuts, casing, bolts, rings, gear rings etc.
- The system design is modular. Number, type and resolution of the sensor systems can be customized. Additional tests such as the colour are optionally available.
- The precision parts are on a glass plate and pass to multiple camera systems. Thus, a quality control is carried out by all sides. Depending on the test result the parts are sorted out in classified quality.
