Screw Industry - Data Gathering
- A continuous gathering of data is the basis of process monitoring. To do this, MEDEA, a tool for gathering measuring data and evaluation has been developed.
- MEDEA gathers measuring data of sensors such as temperature, scales, measurements of the hardness test etc. and saves them in the data base.
- Gathering occurs on a regular, continuous basis, time intervals, warning and intervention limits are configurable and are monitored. A master password protects settings from inadvertently unauthorized changes.
- Evaluation, visualization and logging in individual presentations are key differentiators. Flexible adjustment and extensions are possible without any problems.
